5301 Week 2 Reflection
I learned that there are many action research topics are out there to be researched and taken action upon. Through videos watched this week I've learned that data is imperative to effective action research. Without data educators are just grabbing at straws. The data drives the research and leads to effective answers.

My district has been using data with the teachers in an organized way for the past few years, and at first there was a lot of resistance, but now I'm understanding its usefulness in a new way. I still think teachers need more in depth training on exactly how to use the data.
